TitaniumStainlessOne-offs
Fabrication
Our builds include full exhaust systems, manifolds, engine supports, and bespoke engine builds. Titanium or stainless, welded in house.
Built in-house, start to finish
Plasma cutting, tube bending, and TIG welding all happen here, and final fitment happens on the car the part is for. Headers get welded on a jig so the flanges stay true. Titanium gets back-purged before the arc touches it. And a lot of jobs start with a part somebody bought online that almost fits. We make it work. Fabrication time runs $200 an hour, quoted up front.
Recent builds
Titanium straight pipe
A valved titanium straight pipe, built to the customer's spec. The factory valve control still works and the tips sit where the originals sat. He drove it home that night, and it's as loud as it looks.
Titanium megaphones
The customer wanted louder, and the catalog options were cheap titanium imports, the kind that usually ends up on our bench getting fixed. So we built the section from scratch: proper titanium, back-purged welds, fitted on this car and no other. Slash-cut tips, burned gold, brushed by hand.
Titanium straight pipe
A full titanium straight pipe with burnt-blue tips. They sink into the factory carbon valance, so from behind it looks stock until it starts.
Structural crash beam
The intercooler kit ships with a beam that'll hold a license plate and not much else. So we made a functional one: plasma-cut plates, bent tube, welded and tied into the frame on both sides. Then the car could finally leave.
