High Carbon cast iron, compared to the standard materials used offers a higher damping coefficient that decreases vibration and noise, improves brake behavior and ensures better driving comfort and better heat conduction properties that allows faster transfer of heat from the braking surfaces to other surfaces shortening cooling times.
