Looking for more sound than what can be attained from the standard Dinan closed box intake for F2x/F3x B58 powered vehicles and don't want to sacrifice all the performance gains or the beautifully crafted carbon fiber design in the process? This semi-open variant of the same intake meets those demands using a revised lid with an additional auditory port so those intoxicating turbo noises can be more easily heard. When paired with the optional turbo inlet the full intake tract to the turbo is effectively replaced for further audio enhancement.
Fitment
For those who already own a closed box Dinan intake (D760-0046) but now want to switch to the semi-open intake without purchasing a completely new kit, you can order the retrofit kit (lid only) seperately for $179.95.
