Edelbrock Cable Plate 289-302
The Edelbrock #1490 throttle cable plate kit was designed for 289-302 Fords with cable activated throttle and automatic transmission kickdown rods. The Edelbrock #1490 throttle cable plate kit repositions the stock throttle cable bracket to align with the Edelbrock carburetor throttle arm. Use with Edelbrock throttle lever adapter #1483 and stock cable bracket when necessary. Available in Gold iridited finish. Edelbrock throttle cable plate kits only work when the throttle bracket is mounted to the intake. This kit makes hooking up your throttle a simple task.
