MagnaFlow 5481342 includes (1) Crush Ring Gasket, (1) Flange Gasket, (2) Flat Washers, (3) Bolts, (2) Nuts and interchanges with OE parts 17140-0P010, 17140-0P070, 17140-0P100, 17140-0P140, 17140-0P260, 17140-31070, 17140-31240, 17140-31250, 17140-31320. This replacement part is designed to meet or exceed California Air Resource Board requirements, and has undergone additional testing to comply with CARB guidelines to allow for legal use in California and CARB restricted states, for the listed vehicles.
