This Direct-Fit Catalytic Converter is designed to fit the 1999-2003 Nissan Frontier 3.3L & 2000-2004 Nissan Xterra 3.3L. MagnaFlow 447199 includes (1) Crush Ring Gasket, (1) Flange Gasket, (6) Flat Washers, (6) Bolts, (6) Nuts and interchanges with OE parts 14002-EK800, 208A0-4S025, 208A0-4S525, 208A0-6S625, 208A0-9S225, 208A0-F4525. This replacement part is designed to meet or exceed California Air Resource Board requirements, and has undergone additional testing to comply with CARB guidelines to allow for legal use in California and CARB restricted states, for the listed vehicles.
