This Direct-Fit Catalytic Converter is designed to fit the 2004-2006 Suzuki Aerio 2.3L. MagnaFlow 452671 includes (1) Crush Ring Gasket, (1) Donut Gasket, (3) Bolts, (6) Nuts and interchanges with OE parts 14190-54G40, 14190-54G41. This replacement part is designed to meet or exceed California Air Resource Board requirements, and has undergone additional testing to comply with CARB guidelines to allow for legal use in California and CARB restricted states, for the listed vehicles.
