MagnaFlow 51671 includes (1) Crush Ring Gasket, (1) Donut Gasket, (3) Bolts, (6) Nuts and interchanges with OE parts 14190-54G40, 14190-54G41. This replacement part is designed to meet or exceed Federal emissions requirements set forth by the EPA, complying with legal standards for OBDII Federally registered vehicles with California or Federal/EPA Emission systems.
