MagnaFlow 23171 includes (2) Flange Gaskets, (4) Bolts, (4) Nuts and interchanges with OE parts 28950-26270, 28950-26610, 28950-26810, 28950-26820, 28950-26910. This replacement part is designed to meet or exceed Federal emissions requirements set forth by the EPA, complying with legal standards for OBDII Federally registered vehicles with Federal/EPA Emission systems.
