MagnaFlow 21-170 includes (1) Flange Gasket, (3) Flat Washers, (3) Bolts, (3) Nuts and interchanges with OE parts 18 30 7 586 741, 18 30 7 647 041. This replacement part is designed to meet or exceed Federal emissions requirements set forth by the EPA, complying with legal standards for OBDII Federally registered vehicles with California or Federal/EPA Emission systems.
