SuperPro 2012 Volkswagen Golf Rear Base Front Lower Inner Anti-Lift/Caster Bushing/Bracket Assembly

The SuperPro ALOY3273-80K is one of the most effective handling upgrades available for the Volkswagen MK5 and MK6 Golf, GTI, and Golf R platforms. From the factory, these vehicles are limited by soft front lower control arm rear bushings and restricted front suspension geometry. The original rubber bushings contain large voids that improve ride comfort but allow excessive movement and deflection under braking, cornering, and acceleration. This can reduce steering precision, compromise the tire contact patch, and contribute to understeer. The ALOY3273-80K uses an upgraded bushing design and higher-performance materials to significantly reduce control arm movement. This helps maintain more consistent suspension geometry and tire contact, improving front-end grip, steering response, braking stability, and traction through corners. Its offset bushing design also increases positive caster. The added caster improves steering feel, straight-line stability, and corner-exit traction while creating greater dynamic negative camber as steering angle increases. This allows the front tires to work more effectively during aggressive cornering without requiring a dedicated camber adjustment system. For an even greater improvement in handling balance, pair the ALOY3273-80K with an upgraded rear sway bar. Together, these components can deliver a more responsive, neutral, and confidence-inspiring driving experience for both street and performance use.
